In our daily work we think and act as entrepreneurs on both our projects and in the development of our company. Therefore, our goal is to turn each of our consultants into an entrepreneur. This is attributed principally to four facets of our consultancy.
- Character of a boutique
As an independent consulting boutique, you benefit from the advantages of a small, owner-managed company. We are a family team and support each other without conditions, elbowing or politics - here you enjoy entrepreneurial freedom with flat hierarchies. At the same time, from day one you get the chance to work in a small team with big clients - and as equals.
- Entrepreneurs within the company
Actively shaping the company - how does that work? For us, developing entrepreneurs means that you try and prove yourself as an entrepreneur internally as well! We are involved in many different areas and are thus taking our company forward together. Our consultants can contribute their ideas in marketing, develop topic areas in studies or assist in recruiting. This way everyone can actively participate in the company's development. Because we all see ourselves as entrepreneurs, all the employees are directly involved in the company's success right from the start.
- Up close value creation
We don't take our corporate responsibility seriously in project work alone. Under our Stern Stewart Institute we also show our commitment in projects in Africa. We are supporting four projects to promote entrepreneurship in Burkina Faso and Ghana:
A beekeeper's training center, a literacy program, a girls' school and a program for young adults looking for a job - offer various possibilities, which we actively participate in, in addition to the consulting business. Not only from Germany: you can also tackle is on the ground in Africa, which is just as rewarding as a "normal" project assignment. This way we make a sustainable contribution to entrepreneurship and gain exciting experience beyond the confines of traditional strategy consulting!
- The Stern Stewart Insitute
The top decision-makers from business, politics and science in conversation - with the Stern Stewart Institute, we have one of the most prestigious international think tanks plus a fantastic network. We specifically promote the exchange of ideas on economic and socio-political issues. The highlight of each year is our Annual Summit at Schloss Elmau. Here high-profile participants come together from business, politics and science, and discuss the most pressing issues. In a private audience, in this exclusive circle - an opportunity for our employees to share experiences, socialize and learn from great entrepreneurs!
- Family atmosphere – more than just words
Our understanding of "team" is not limited to the specific project, but includes all employees of the company, which is also reflected in our communication. Our communication is informal, and is not tied to hierarchies or business cards. The open door to the partner office is not a mere symbol, but a natural part of every worker's experience. Our feedback culture is open in all directions and part of the daily work together.
